"It is expressly understood that this Release of All Claims represents a compromise of doubtfull and disputed claims and payment of the aforesaid sum of money is not to be construed as an admission or acknowledgement of liability or responsibility on the parts of any individual, person or corporation, or any agent, servant, employer or representative thereof, herein released, by each of whom all liability or responsibility is expressly denied."
